This policy explains which data is collected when you send an enquiry and how it is used.

Data processed

The form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and any information you choose to share about your project. No special categories of personal data are requested.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to answer your enquiry, assess your project and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Processing is based on your consent and the steps you request before entering into a contract.

Retention

The information is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship. It is then deleted, unless a legal retention requirement applies.

Recipients

Form data is not sold or disclosed to third parties. Hosting or email providers may process it solely to deliver these services and subject to the applicable confidentiality terms.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to hello@vicbang.pro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and automated decisions

Analytics is optional: Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept its cookies. Until then, no data is sent to Google Analytics. It measures visits, technical browsing data, contact clicks, PDF downloads and confirmed form submissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and URL query parameters are not sent. Visits from the Business Profile are identified through a fixed campaign without personal data.

You can accept, reject or withdraw consent through ‘Cookie settings’, available when analytics is configured. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies last for up to 180 days from their last update and are removed when you withdraw consent. Advertising features and Google Signals are not enabled.

Google processes analytics data in accordance with its privacy policy. The form does not create cookies or start a session. To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily stores an identifier derived from the IP address and the attempt times in private storage. No automated decisions affecting individuals are made.
